This page describes how NoArt Systems handles information submitted through the contact form.
Information Collected
When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected:
- Name
- Work email address
- Organization (if provided)
- Role or title (if provided)
- Area of need
- Timeline (if provided)
- Message content
How Information Is Used
Submitted information is used solely to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing purposes, added to mailing lists, or shared with other parties.
Third-Party Sharing
Personal information submitted through the contact form is not sold or shared with third parties.
Conversion Tracking
Google Ads conversion tracking may be used to measure whether the contact form was submitted. If enabled, it tracks only the fact that a form submission occurred (the visit to the confirmation page). It does not track or transmit the content of your submission.
Retention
Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to review and respond. Once a response has been provided or the inquiry is no longer relevant, submitted information is deleted.
