Privacy
This page describes how NoArt Systems handles information submitted through the contact form or sent to it by email, and the access logs the site keeps.
Information Collected
When you submit the contact form, the following information is collected:
- Name
- Work email address
- Organization (if provided)
- Role or title (if provided)
- Area of need
- Timeline (if provided)
- Message content
Separately, the servers that deliver this site keep standard access logs (IP address, browser identification, page requested, referring page and time) for 90 days, used to protect the site and to count visits in aggregate. No analytics script runs on any page.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information is used solely to review and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing purposes, not added to mailing lists, and not provided to other parties for their own use.
How Submissions Are Processed
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by infrastructure operated by NoArt Systems on Amazon Web Services. Each submission is stored in a private database (Amazon DynamoDB) so that no inquiry is lost in transit, and is also delivered as email to contact@noart.io. The stored record includes the form fields you submit and the originating IP address, and is automatically deleted after a fixed retention period (see Retention). AWS acts as a service provider; NoArt Systems does not authorize AWS to use submitted content for its own purposes.
Email sent to contact@noart.io, including an introduction or resume sent from the Careers page, is delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace and read by NoArt Systems. It is used to reply and, if a role that fits opens, to get back in touch; it is not added to any list, and is not shared with anyone else. No fixed retention period applies to the mailbox; to have a message deleted, write to the same address.
Third-Party Sharing
Information submitted through the contact form is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use. The only third parties involved are infrastructure service providers acting on behalf of NoArt Systems (e.g., AWS for transmission, storage, and delivery, Google for the practice's mailbox and for advertising-conversion measurement where applicable). Pages on this site load no scripts, fonts or other resources from third-party servers; the one request that leaves noart.io is the contact form’s submission to the Lead API, hosted on AWS.
Conversion Tracking
Google Ads conversion tracking may be used to measure whether the contact form was submitted. Where enabled, it records only the event that a submission occurred (a visit to the confirmation page) and does not transmit the content of your message, your name, your email address, or the body of your inquiry to Google.
Retention
Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to review and respond. The stored submission record is automatically deleted after a fixed retention period (currently 180 days) via an automatic expiry policy, and sooner on request. Routine email and infrastructure backups may retain copies for a limited period in accordance with the underlying provider’s defaults before final deletion. To request earlier deletion of your submission, contact contact@noart.io.
